Finance Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities: Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance domain initiatives Act as the primary point of contact for Finance leadership, translating business requirements into system design and fostering strategic partnerships Perform hands-on functional configuration and oversee solution delivery, including testing, training, and compliance with audit standards

Required Qualifications: 12+ years of experience with Finance ERP platforms, particularly Oracle ERP implementation expertise Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, including functional configuration and data reporting Deep knowledge of core finance and accounting processes, including Record-to-Report and month-end close Experience managing offshore MSPs and ensuring quality deliverables in a high-velocity environment Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence senior finance leadership
