Bicycle & Ride-On Service Technician

Key Responsibilities: Assemble bicycles, e-bikes, scooters, electric ride-on vehicles, and similar products. Inspect and test completed products for proper operation and safety. Adjust and repair brakes, gears, chains, tires, wheels, and other mechanical components. Troubleshoot basic battery, charging, and electrical issues. Identify damaged or defective products and coordinate replacement parts or repairs. Maintain an organized and safe assembly workspace, tools, and parts inventory.

Qualifications: Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair skills. Previous experience with bicycles, e-bikes, scooters, powersports, golf carts, recreational equipment, or similar mechanical work preferred. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Ability to read and follow manufacturer assembly instructions. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on product safety and quality. Ability to work independently and manage assembly workload efficiently. Ability to lift and maneuver bicycles, ride-on vehicles, and boxed merchandise.
