Branch & Insurance Specialist

Responsibilities: Provide training on AAA products and services to confidently interface with members, meet individual and team cross‐selling goals. Offer exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties. Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members. Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking or similar customer‐service/sales environment. Advanced customer service skills and ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals. Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics (Windows, Outlook, Word, Internet). Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays. Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines. Successful completion of background check and drug screening. Experience in customer‐service environment (helpful).
