Circuit Delivery Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Support project managers in provisioning new orders and processing carrier orders for various services Manage third-party resources to ensure customer orders meet quality standards and drive escalations as necessary Communicate order status and updates effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the delivery cycleRequired Qualifications 1+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry Preferred experience with internet circuit ordering and VOIP Ability to document dependencies and manage escalations independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications Strong project management and organizational skills
