Deputy Labor Counsel - Employment & Labor Law (Hybrid)

MTC is seeking a Deputy Labor Counsel in the Legal Department to represent the Trial Court in labor and employment matters, including litigation before the DLRO, MCAD and EEOC, and to advise court leadership on complex employment issues. The role involves supervising staff in related litigation, contributing to bargaining strategies, and ensuring compliance with personnel policies and collective bargaining agreements. Strong litigation and public sector experience are essential.
