Leggett & Platt Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for our bedding operation to ensure safe, efficient production and ISO 9001:2015 compliance. You'll work with Safety/Environmental Director, Customer Service, HR, Maintenance, Quality, and Master Scheduler to drive daily operations. Key duties include solving non-conformances, maintaining quality checks, supervising staff, organizing product flow, and ensuring training and TPM initiatives. Evening shift 2:30pm–11:30pm CST.
