International Private Estate Property Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the physical operations of the property, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical systems Oversee grounds maintenance, including landscaping, gardening, and outdoor spaces Supervise and coordinate vendors, contracts, and staff to ensure timely and quality work Manage the daily interior operations of the property, including household staff and routines (if applicable)Handle maintenance coordination, repairs, and upkeep of the property Ensure the property is secure and safe for occupants and visitors Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs as needed Coordinate with occupants or owners to understand their needs and preferences Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure the property is well MaintainedQUALIFICATIONS:English and Arabic fluency (spoken and written)5+ years of experience in property management, facility management, or a related field Knowledge of mechanical systems, grounds maintenance, and property operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management skills College degree in a related field or certification (eg.
