R&D Program Lead: Digital Health and Connected Devices

Stryker is seeking a Senior Project Manager, R&D to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning digital health, connected devices, and software delivery. You will shape how work gets done within a growing team, improve execution, and provide structure, visibility, and alignment across multiple workstreams. You will partner with engineering, product, marketing, customer-facing teams, and other functions to manage dependencies, risks, and priorities while driving results without direct authority.
