The Jr. Project Manager is an integral member of the Creative Studio & Production team, supporting the development and execution of distinctive, high-impact work across the fashion and creative landscape. From seasonal campaigns and e-commerce imagery to runway shows, editorial storytelling, activations, and brand launches, this role helps bring creative vision to life—ensuring each project is thoughtfully planned, seamlessly executed, and delivered to the highest standard. Working at the intersection of creative vision and production, the Jr. Project Manager brings structure, precision, and momentum to a dynamic portfolio of projects. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, instinctively proactive, and comfortable navigating a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and details matter. With a keen understanding of timelines, resources, and creative workflows, the Jr. Project Manager helps connect teams and partners, anticipate needs, resolve challenges, and ensure every element of a production moves forward with clarity and intention. Serving as a central point of coordination across internal teams, external partners, vendors, and freelancers, the Jr. Project Manager helps foster a collaborative and well-organized production environment. The ideal candidate is equally energized by the creative and operational sides of the work—someone who can move fluidly between the big picture and the smallest detail, while maintaining a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach from initial concept through final delivery. This position reports directly to the Director of Creative Production.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and manage day-to-day project operations across a diverse range of creative production initiatives, including: seasonal fashion campaigns, eCommerce and product photography, runway shows, video shoots and behind-the-scenes content, influencer and social media content, lookbooks, editorials, and internal brand storytelling Create and maintain critical production documentation, including call sheets, shoot schedules, production trackers, project timelines, and status updates. Assist in the development and organization of creative documentation, including mood boards, layouts, styling documents, shot lists, shoot visuals, and other materials that help translate creative concepts into clear and cohesive production plans. Coordinate scheduling across all phases of production, including internal and external meetings, pre-production, production, and post-production, ensuring activities remain aligned with overall project timelines. Support team travel planning and logistics, ensuring travel arrangements align with production schedules, team needs, and approved budgets. Coordinate the collection, tracking, and movement of samples and collection pieces for shoots and content, ensuring items are accurately accounted for, organized, and delivered on schedule in partnership with internal teams. Manage the vintage/sample closet 1–2 days per month, including maintaining organization and accessibility, overseeing the storage system, and ensuring accurate sample tracking from the Creative Services side (note that this is the individual responsibility of each department that works with the samples and will only be required when working directly with and/or pulling required samples for Creative Services projects) Support vendor and freelance management, including onboarding, contracting, scheduling, communication, and ongoing coordination. Monitor project budgets and actuals across multiple initiatives, proactively flagging discrepancies or potential issues and working with the Director of Creative Production to identify solutions. Serve as a central communication hub between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clarity around timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, and changing priorities. Proactively monitor changes to project scope, team availability, timelines, and priorities, ensuring updates are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders in real time. Identify opportunities to improve production processes, explore new vendors and creative resources, and contribute thoughtful, innovative solutions that enhance project execution and outcomes.

Familiarity with project management and creative production tools, systems, and workflows.

Salary Range:
