Key responsibilities:
Develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs in coordination with maintenance management
Analyze equipment histories and maintenance data to identify and implement solutions for repetitive equipment failures
Train responsible personnel on programmed maintenance and ensure procedures are reviewed and approved prior to implementationRequired qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
At least 5 years of reliability engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with predictive maintenance and reliability metrics such as MTBF and OEE
Knowledge of CMMS and maintenance program development
Experience supporting heavy industrial manufacturing equipment
