A high-end, high-volume fine dining restaurant in Austin, TX is seeking an Executive Chef to lead its kitchen team and deliver an exceptional Mediterranean-inspired dining experience. This role is central to maintaining culinary excellence, consistent quality, and a thriving guest experience.
What you'll do:
- Lead and inspire a kitchen team within a busy fine dining environment
- Ensure consistent food quality and maintain rigorous cleanliness standards
- Create memorable dining experiences through strong culinary execution

- Deliver excellent service and high-quality meals to guests
Required qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in restaurant executive chef management

- Proven ability to manage high-volume kitchens
Preferred qualifications: Some corporate experience to leverage systems knowledge is a plus
