Restaurant Server

Fricker’s USA, LLC is seeking energetic Servers to deliver fast, friendly service in our lively sports bar and restaurant. You’ll greet guests, explain menus and specials, take accurate food and drink orders, and work closely with the bar and kitchen to ensure timely, correct delivery. Servers maintain clean, organized sections, handle checks and payments, and follow alcohol service and food safety standards. In our fun, team-oriented environment, you’ll learn multiple areas of restaurant operations and build hospitality skills with opportunities for growth into leadership roles. Greet guests promptly and warmly Explain menu items, specials, and promotions Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS Serve food and drinks quickly and correctly Monitor tables, refill drinks, and anticipate guest needs Handle payments and manage checks accurately Maintain clean, organized sections and side work Follow alcohol service and food safety guidelines Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate when needed Point-of-sale (POS) operation Cash handling and payment processing Table service and order taking Food safety and hygiene basics Alcohol service awareness (ID checking) Menu and product knowledge Customer service and hospitality Time management in fast-paced setting Teamwork and communication Conflict resolution and complaint handling Ohio alcohol server training or equivalent preferred Food handler certification a plus Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak sports events
