Job Title Conducteur de Travaux Maintenance
Job Description: In your role as a Maintenance Operations Manager within the Maintenance and Operations Directorate, you will report to the Activity Manager. You will coordinate with Site Managers to oversee the preparation, management, contractual management, client relations, and economic follow-up of your operations. You will lead one or more construction or maintenance operations. Prepare operations in coordination with Site Managers: Share objectives with Site Managers and integrate operations into site functioning and contracts Analyze technical documents (check specifications, technical clauses, capacity integration, maintenance program, study office documents, plans, estimates...)Identify and allocate necessary human resources Manage subcontractors and suppliers, procurement of materials and equipment from an operational, technical, financial, and contractual perspective Establish operation planning with team leaders, site managers, and site managers Control the execution of operations with support from site managers: Establish weekly schedule for teams Verify that operations meet set objectives (deadlines, quality...) and ensure their reception and resolution of issues according to applicable standards Ensure traceability related to railway maintenance (in collaboration with MGS), follow-up of operations and their inclusion in maintenance scope Provide technical advice to colleagues Maintain regular presence on operations and conduct progress meetings Regularly report on the situation to your superiors Perform maintenance tasks (measurements, etc.)Manage contracts and client relations independently: Master operation elements (objective, deadlines, price, penalties...) and provide detailed follow-up with support from team leaders and site managers Organize consultations with procurement support. Participate in the verification of estimates and report any overruns (or risks)Organize and participate in operation launch and progress meetings with stakeholders Ensure rigorous and precise follow-up of all operation events Identify additional intervention needs, cost them, and present them to the client and your hierarchy for contractualization Draft service and subcontracting contracts Maintain commercial contact on the ground with the client and the project manager for operations under your charge Monitor the economics of sites under the supervision of the Contract Management Manager and Site Manager: Define operation budgets, monitor them monthly, and ensure their profitability Identify, analyze, and report discrepancies between the budget and the offer issued by the PAO to the Contract Management Manager and justify these discrepancies, prepare, if necessary, reclamation memos Propose technical and/or financial solutions in case of observed deviations (in terms of planning or financial management)You are responsible for the smooth operation of construction and maintenance activities for the operations under your responsibility. Required Profile Your initiative, organizational skills, and interpersonal qualities are essential to successfully carry out these tasks. You hold a degree of at least Bac+5 and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the railway sector, particularly in railway maintenance.
