Construction Superintendent - Industrial/F&B/Cold Storage

About the Role: This role will oversee complex projects including industrial, mission-critical/data centers, healthcare, and other large commercial developments, ensuring exceptional safety, quality, and schedule performance from start to finish.

Responsibilities: 2+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor Proven success leading ground-up projects valued at $30M+ (or similarly complex projects)Experience in industrial, mission-critical/data centers, healthcare, or large commercial construction Strong leadership in managing field teams, subcontractors, and project schedules Extensive knowledge of construction safety, quality control, and project sequencing Excellent communication and collaboration skills with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams
