We seek a scholar whose primary expertise includes Social Inequalities and whose research and teaching contribute to Crime, Law, and Deviance. The successful candidate’s qualifications and interests may also complement existing departmental strengths, including: Urban and Community Life; Culture, Media, and Identity; and Life Course, Health, and Well-Being. This position will strengthen the department’s expertise in Social Inequalities while contributing to our broader areas of specialization in Crime, Law, and Deviance. PROFILE of the DEPARTMENT The Department has 16 full-time faculty members and offers a B.A. and Ph.D. program in Sociology.
