Adult Mental Health Case Manager: Targeted Care

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with service requirements while working collaboratively with community resources to enhance client care. The ideal applicant will hold a CBHCM certification or a relevant degree and have experience in case management. A valid driver's license and commitment to ongoing certification are also required.
