Commercial Counsel for AI Infra – 4-Day Week & Equity

Larson Maddox is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support the client’s global business operations and strategic growth. The attorney will negotiate complex commercial agreements and develop scalable contracting processes, reporting to the General Counsel and collaborating with senior leadership. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, supporting partnerships, advising on risk and strategy, and developing templates and playbooks.
