Intellectual Property Attorney

Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in both patent prosecution and IP litigation. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar disciplines. A graduate degree and/or industry experience are preferred. State bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice. Admission to practice before the USPTO. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities.
