We are an accredited Level I trauma center serving the inland empire with 24 hours of in-house trauma surgeons and APPs. The role of the APP is autonomous, dynamic, and fast-paced, with functions of clinically managing trauma and acute care surgery patients through the continuum of care; rounding, completing discharges, seeing new surgical consults, and responding to the traumas in the ED Incorporate independent decision-making abilities and collaboration with rotating resident physicians, attending surgeons, subspecialty consultants, and multidisciplinary team of experts Performs all job function with sensitivity and attention to age and developmental milestone of the population served which include adult and geriatric Attend surgical clinic every Wednesday to evaluate post operative patients with census ranging from 10-12 patients Work title?
