Service Manager – St. Louis Landings – Fraser, CO

The perfect candidate would be a problem-solver, have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment that still has a lot of construction going on. General purpose of this position: Be an active participant in keeping this community a desirable place for residents to live, and for team members to work and take pride in. Other vital responsibilities include:managing support staffreporting to, and acting under the direction of the Property Manager, Regional Vice President and/or Vice President. Preferred candidate has: A minimum of three years' experience in apartment or related maintenance; supervisory experience needed. General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry is required. Hand tools to perform the general duties listed above are required. Good communication skills in dealing with employees, residents, contractors, and vendors are necessary. Knowledge of budget costs and pricing is required. Proven ability to supervise, schedule and direct maintenance personnel is required. Neat, clean, well-groomed appearance with no visible tattoos; ask for a copy of the dress code. Demonstrated ability to work well with residents, supervisor, employees and vendors. Reliable vehicle. Valid Driver's License.
