Senior Multifamily Construction PM - Capital Projects

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for Multifamily Capital Projects to lead capital improvements and renovations across the Southeast. The role requires 10+ years of multifamily construction experience, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and construction certifications, plus strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor-management skills. Travel is substantial: 50% in Atlanta and 50% Southeast US; you will coordinate with Regional Property Managers and manage bids.
