Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist - Drug Therapy & Care Leader

TJ Regional Health is seeking a licensed pharmacist to dispense medications per physician orders and monitor therapy for safety and effectiveness. The role collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure optimal patient care. The pharmacist will review orders, provide drug information, and participate in patient-care activities across age groups, under the supervision of Pharmacy Services leadership.
