Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Eastside Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult rehabilitation patients. In this on-site role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage wounds and IVs, and coordinate individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll support patients in regaining mobility and independence, provide education to patients and families, and ensure accurate EHR documentation. Provide direct nursing care to rehabilitation patients, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Monitor patient progress, document clinical observations, and adjust interventions as needed Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, home care, and discharge plans Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure safe, patient-centered care Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and continuous learning initiatives Patient assessment Care planning Rehabilitation nursing Medication administration Wound care IV therapy Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation Patient and family education Interdisciplinary collaboration Infection control Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active RN license in state of practice BLS certification ACLS preferred CRRN (Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse) preferred Experience in inpatient rehab or med-surg preferred
