What You'll Do:

Learn to operate gear hobbing machines and gear grinders
Monitor multiple machines running long production cycles (up to 6 hours each)
Produce gears to spec, checking quality along the way
Use precision tools (mics) to check work, with full training provided
Maintain a safe, steady pace in a hands-on production environment
What You'll Bring
Mechanical experience is required - auto, factory machines, farm equipment, or similar backgrounds all count
Gear machine experience is a plus, but not necessary
Strong math skills and attention to detail
Patience, flexibility, and a commitment to sticking with itAbility to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work in a shop environment
