Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or relevant experienceSHRM certification preferred 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a law firm Knowledge of laws, practices and systems related to HRKnowledge and experience with employee benefits administration Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Ability to balance a wide variety of responsibilities Experience with a variety of computer systems and applications Excellent written, oral communication and training skills Position Location This position is located in the Washington, DC office which is currently operating in a hybrid mode, and may require some in-office attendance as well as remote work.
