Manufacturing Plant Controller - Lead Finance & P&L

Senneca is seeking an energetic Plant Controller to own the plant P&L and balance sheet, partnering with the Plant Manager to identify risks and opportunities. The role supports a secondary Cincinnati facility, with monthly travel to that location. Local candidates in the Mankato region are preferred. Ideal candidates have direct manufacturing plant controller experience, strong cost accounting and budgeting skills, and a track record of improving financial processes in a manufacturing setting.
