I'm Vitalie, co-founder of ClimateCamp, and we're searching for a product management intern to join our mission-driven team. At ClimateCamp, we're building a platform that fosters collaboration and empowers businesses to make sustainable decisions that truly matter. We're looking for someone who's ready to help us scale our vision and make a difference. At ClimateCamp, we believe that collaboration across the value chain is key to reducing emissions effectively. We serve businesses of all sizes, offering a 360-degree view of emissions, particularly within the value chain, to enable informed and impactful sustainability decisions. We're looking for a dynamic individual who will be responsible for guiding our product in the right direction so that we are solving these problems for our clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex requirements into prototypes and user stories
- Launch new features by collaborating with customer-, development-, sales- and marketing teams
- Leading discovery efforts to deeply understand the industry and different segments of the market
- Uncovering the market's greatest pain points and turning them into scalable product solutions
- Working independently and comfortable taking ownership of end-to-end feature delivery
- Skills We Are Looking ForExperience in (or ambition to) working with multi-disciplinary teams (development, marketing, sales, customer success)
- Highly analytical and love technology
- Ability to communicate ideas and opinions effectively, and navigate and align multiple stakeholders
- Energy and motivation to take ownership and transform ideas into actual projects
- Comfortable with healthy debate and your favorite word is 'Why'Fluent in English, both written and spoken, and able to adapt communication style for a global team
