What Youll Do: As a Painter, you will work alongside a skilled team to deliver high-quality interior and exterior painting services throughout the Greater Columbia area. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining job site standards. Youll contribute to creating outstanding results that leave customers genuinely impressed.

Your Day-to-Day: Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and patching Perform interior and exterior painting using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Maintain and care for painting equipment to ensure top performance Ensure job sites and company vehicles remain clean and professional Follow company procedures and safety standards Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently Learn advanced skills and techniques from experienced professionals Deliver exceptional customer service on every project What Were Looking For:5 years previous painting, drywall, and small/medium reparations experience preferred Willingness to complete online and on-site training programs Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Pride in workmanship and strong attention to detail Team-oriented mindset Organized and dependable Enjoys providing excellent customer service Comfortable working at heights Ability to lift and move ladders and equipment English and/or Spanish language skills
