About the Role:
This role will oversee complex projects including industrial, mission-critical/data centers, healthcare, and other large commercial developments, ensuring exceptional safety, quality, and schedule performance from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
1+ years of Assistant Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractorProven success leading ground-up projects valued at $30M+ (or similarly complex projects) Experience in industrial, mission-critical/data centers, healthcare, or large commercial constructionStrong leadership in managing field teams, subcontractors, and project schedulesExtensive knowledge of construction safety, quality control, and project sequencingExcellent communication and collaboration skills with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams
