Project Manager - Construction/MEP Projects

Job Description: Lead commercial construction projects through all phases, from conceptual planning to project closeout. Coordinate with internal engineering and design teams to support integrated project delivery. Manage project schedules, budgets, risk, and client communications. Oversee construction execution as either the General Contractor or Construction Manager, depending on project structure. Direct and collaborate with Superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and external partners. Support procurement, contract administration, and project controls activities. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance requirements are met throughout project delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector, educational, and institutional clients. Manage complex MEP, HVAC, lighting, and building infrastructure upgrade projects.
