Strategic Finance Director - Hybrid Nonprofit & Grants

UIDP is seeking a Director of Finance in Columbia, SC to lead strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting. This role partners with the President & CEO and oversees grants management, audits, and finance staff in a lean, mission-driven setting. The successful candidate will bring 8+ years of progressively responsible finance experience, CPA/ CMA preferred, and a track record of establishing controls and scalable processes within a nonprofit or grant-funded environment.
