Key Responsibilities:
Defend clients in insurance defense litigation.
Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Communicate with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.
Participate in trial preparation and potentially act as second chair at trial.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple matters.1‑8+ years of experience working in a law firm setting.
