Hotel Revenue & Ancillary Strategy Lead

Prismhr Hire seeks a Revenue & Ancillary Manager to lead revenue strategy across a hotel portfolio, including branded and independent properties. You will analyze demand, manage pricing, inventory, and distribution, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and E-Commerce to maximize rooms and ancillary revenue. You will oversee weekly forecasting, budget alignment, and OTA/channel management while driving opportunities for upselling and promotional initiatives across properties.
