We are seeking experienced educators and scholars to serve as adjunct dissertation chairs for students in our Ed.D. and Ph.D. programs.
This is a wonderful opportunity for those who enjoy mentoring emerging scholars and helping doctoral students turn meaningful research ideas into completed dissertations that can make a difference in education.
Our dissertation chairs guide and encourage students throughout the research process, provide practical and constructive feedback, and help students successfully navigate the milestones of their dissertation journey.

What We’re Looking For: An Ed.D. or Ph.D. in Education from an appropriately accredited institution
Completion of a traditional qualitative or quantitative dissertation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in APA Style
Comfort working with online instructional technology
A commitment to timely, thoughtful, and constructive feedback
Alignment with Regent University’s Christian mission and values of Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity
Compensation is $100 per credit hour, per student.
Beyond the qualifications, we are looking for people who genuinely enjoy mentoring doctoral students and developing the next generation of educational scholars and leaders.
