Member Services Specialist – Front End & Tech Support

Walmart in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a Customer Service & Front End Associate to provide member service, operate checkout areas, and process purchases. You will assist with payments, returns, refunds, exchanges, and help members with self-service technology while maintaining a safe, organized shopping environment.
