Overview: Republican Jobs is leading the search for a highly skilled Class Action Attorney with proven experience litigating claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The ideal candidate will be well-versed in consumer protection laws and possess the ability to manage complex class action litigation from case development through resolution.

Key Responsibilities: Investigate and evaluate potential TCPA violations and class claims. Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery in federal courts. Lead or support all phases of class action litigation, including certification, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial prep. Coordinate with co-counsel, experts, and litigation teams to drive effective strategy. Stay current on evolving TCPA case law, statutory updates, and regulatory trends.

Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar license in good standing.2+ years of experience in complex litigation, with direct TCPA and/or class action experience. Deep understanding of auto dialer rules, consent requirements, and related TCPA provisions. Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Proven ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $120,000 – $180,000, depending on experience (DOE)Performance-based bonuses Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k)
