Security Program Lead: FSO & Corporate Clearance

Spectrum Control, Inc. is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) / Corporate Security Specialist for the Delmar, DE facility with responsibility for the company-wide personnel security clearance program across U.S. sites. The role blends site security management with corporate clearance oversight and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining the FCL and handling daily security operations, as well as implementing Insider Threat and TCP/CUI controls in coordination with Global
