Medicare Advantage Enrollment Supervisor As the Medicare Advantage Enrollment Supervisor, you will lead and supervise day-to-day enrollment operations, ensuring seamless Medicare membership enrollment, reconciliation, and benefits coordination. You will: Lead and oversee all aspects of Medicare Membership Enrollment and Reconciliation operations. Manage coordination of benefits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Represent enrollment and reconciliation operations in cross-functional projects. Act as Product Owner for Enrollment: Ensure project requirements are clearly defined and implemented. Review and approve requirements documentation. Participate in solution design and definition. Provide guidance and direction to project teams. Coordinate cross-functional discussions and efforts. Develop and maintain reports and project timelines to track progress and outcomes.
