Mechanical Project Supervisor
Location: Miami, FL.
Salary:
$80K-$120K (Based on Experience)A leading mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Supervisor to oversee commercial mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing projects from planning through completion. This individual will coordinate field activities, support project teams, manage schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing, or Project Supervision
- Strong background in commercial mechanical systems and HVAC installations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of construction scheduling, project coordination, and safety standards
- Experience working with project managers, field crews, subcontractors, and clients
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily project activities and coordinate field operations
- Support project execution by managing schedules, manpower, and resources
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress to ensure quality, budget, and schedule requirements are met
- Assist with material procurement, equipment scheduling, and workforce planning
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
