Banquet Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all banquet event operations, including setup, service, and breakdown Lead and motivate banquet staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain professional standards Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand their needs and ensure event specifications are met Oversee the preparation and presentation of banquet spaces, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards Manage staffing schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance during events Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors as needed Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
