Responsibilities: Communicate Clearly to Project Manager Manage Crews Efficiently to Meet/Exceed Profit Goals Manage Materials to Stay on Time and on Budget Ensure Quality 100% 1st Time Help to Create a Safe Work Environment Proactively Maintain Team Culture Be a Person of Influence and Action Assist Landscape Designer in Managing Crews Entry Level Forman Qualifications Knowledge of landscape materials & skills associated with installation Daily accurate job records for materials and labor Detail oriented Proficiently operate machinery Enforce safety practices Driver’s license & good driving record (Class A CDL Preferred but not required) Physically fit with the ability to lift 80 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions Must be dependable and great with encouraging teamwork **Mandatory 2 Years of Landscape Experience Required with Driver's License\nCompany
