Key responsibilities: Set and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with business goals, balancing product enhancements and breakthrough innovations Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and on-time delivery of R&D programs Guide projects through all lifecycle phases, deploying standardized processes and methodologies for effective project management

Required qualifications: Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant technical, scientific, or engineering discipline 15+ years of progressive leadership experience managing R&D or product innovation teams Proven ability to turn complex research into scalable commercial solutions Strong business and technical acumen with a strategic mindset Domain knowledge in Electricity Transmission, Distribution, Industrial, and Automation markets
