The Accounts Payable Clerk position will be located in our administrative offices in Palmetto Bay, Florida.
Experience / Skills:
- At least 2 years of heavy accounts payable
- Microsoft Office knowledge focusing on Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be extremely organized and self-starting
- Process accounts payable invoices for payment
- Enter invoices into accounts payable system
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable files
- Analyze vendor invoices to ensure invoices are accurate
- Maintain all accounts payable vendors
- Run weekly accounts payable process
- Prepare accounts payable aging reports
- Prepare, distribute and mail accounts payable checks
- Generate all accounts payable checks for invoices and check requests
- Maintain accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files
- Work on projects as assigned
