Controller

Financial Controller Responsibilities: Lead all accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage month-end and year-end close processes. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning. Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance. Cash Flow Management including managing banking relationships and financing activities Coordinate external audits and financial reporting activities. Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to leadership. Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred.7+ years of progressive accounting experience Prior management or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, ERP systems, and advanced Excel. Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
