This is a high-impact executive role for an accomplished attorney seeking to join a growing and innovative organization in the chemical manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal leadership across all areas of the business
- Manage and negotiatemergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
- Draft and reviewcomplex commercial contractsand supply agreements
- Overseecorporate governance, compliance, and general corporate legal matters
- Supporttechnology transferinitiatives, including licensing and intellectual property matters
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an leading law school and admission Texas state bar 10+ years of legal experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house counsel roles
- Strong background inM&A, contract negotiation, and corporate law
- Experience in thechemicals , manufacturing, orindustrialsectors is preferred
- Familiarity withtechnology transferand IP-related agreements is a plus
