PRM Specialist, Aktion Airport/Fixed-Term Contract

Responsibilities: Be the focal point of passengers seeking assistance due to reduced mobility. Monitor the safe, efficient, and expeditious PRM operations within the terminal and oversee shareholders' activities Liaise with the service providers ensuring the smooth service of PRM upon precedence Ensure the proper registration of all PRM requests in the system

Requirements: Previous working experience, preferably in the aviation sector, would be appreciated Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written at a professional corporate level). Knowledge of any additional foreign language would be an asset. Experience in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.). Fulfilled Military Obligations (if appropriate) Qualities A high level of communication and team-working skills Strong customer-oriented mindset Discretion, politeness, and a high level of empathy A proactive approach to problem-solving, offering solutions Attention to detail.
