Be part of phenomenal high quality Custom Home Projects Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for: Overseeing and managing all aspects of high end residential and custom home projects Coordinating and collaborating with the VP and project team to ensure project objectives are met Leading the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities Monitoring progress and performance, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Reviewing and approving project plans, specifications, and budgets Identifying potential risks and challenges and implementing effective mitigation strategies Working with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations Ensuring compliance with construction regulations, codes, and safety standards Conducting regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality Providing technical expertise and guidance to the project team and resolve any construction-related issues Fostering a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and project successMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
