Patient Assessment & Data Integrity Specialist

Encompass Health is seeking a Patient Assessment Standards Coordinator to ensure accurate data extraction from clinical documentation and timely submission for Medicare patients. You will educate staff on proper documentation and serve as the primary resource for QI coding and IRF‐PAI completion. You will work to improve IRF‐PAI data processes, ensure data is transmitted to CMS/UDS on schedule, and review patient data for completeness during chart audits.
