Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Adaptability: Ability to quickly become proficient in various software programs used within our firm. We operate in a modern, fully paperless office that relies on advanced legal software and digital case management systems. Candidates must be comfortable using technology and willing to learn new platforms as needed. Job Responsibilities Deadline Management: Monitor and manage deadlines effectively. Client Intake: Facilitate the client intake process. Document Preparation: Prepare a variety of claim forms and routine pleadings. Client Communication: Provide updates to clients and summarize client statements. Assistance to Attorneys: Assist attorneys with hearing preparation and case-related tasks.
