Care First Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Bilingual Pharmacy Technician / Pharmacy Clerk to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping patients and providing exceptional service, we'd love to meet you!

Position Overview: As a member of our team, you will play an important role in providing outstanding patient care while supporting the daily operations of our independent community pharmacy.

Responsibilities:

Assist pharmacists with prescription processing
Enter prescription information accurately using PrimeRxProcess insurance claims and resolve rejections
Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
Assist customers with prescription pick-up and drop-off
Maintain inventory and stock medications
Keep the pharmacy organized and compliant
Support daily pharmacy operations

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
PrimeRx experience preferred
Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Clerk experience preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
